The purpose of the corporation is to facilitate strategies that encompass strengthening society through the protection of the innocent, networking of the business community and individuals, and supporting spiritually-minded leadership in a progressive and Dharmic way. 
The Dharmic family of ancient society believed in a society free from fear, protection of the innocent, women, children, and faith in the Supreme Being. This path, given to us through the teachings of the Titan of Devotion – His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, incorporates all human beings and living entities from all faiths and paths to strive and live cooperatively in a peaceful, spiritual environment. This organization, following in his footsteps, will help fund and support endeavors that build necessary bridges between rich and poor, different faiths and races, as well as gender equality and national differences.
The specific purposes are:
    1. To support efforts that focus on educating society at large on the importance of alignment with spiritual and moral values for improvement in individual and collective quality of life.
    2. To endeavor to uphold a God-centric worldview through acting for the benefit of and considering the interests, needs, and challenges of individuals and the society at large, regardless of social status, religion, nationality, race, sex, or any other material qualification.
    3. To facilitate programs and initiatives that focus on:
      1. uniting communities and strengthening societies through the protection of the oppressed, the poor, the weak, the innocent, women, children, the elderly, and the animals;
      2. strengthening business communities through networking opportunities for like-minded individuals, supporting Dharmic businesses and leadership worldwide.
    4. To invest in, propagate, and otherwise support worldwide projects that strive to raise human consciousness, spread kind care, and create a human society that fosters uniqueness, acceptance, and peacefulness through arts, science & technology, nature preservation, etc., etc.
    5. To support projects that allow people to come together in a unified effort to better themselves and the society at large through such projects as community schools, temples, aging centers, animal sanctuaries, and other preservation centers.
    6. To support projects that allow people to live more natural, earth-dependent, eco-conscious lifestyles such as eco-communities, farms, and the like.
    7. To support, print, publish, and otherwise be involved in spreading knowledge of Dharmic, God-centered science through online media, books, periodicals, vlogs, blogs, magazines and other writings.
