Sharon Hamilton-Getz

Ms. Sharon Hamilton-Getz, is President and founder of World Harmony Council & Arts Forum and World Harmony Communications. She is a public speaker at the UN headquarters and across the US, in Europe and throughout the Middle East to a wide variety of audiences. As an interfaith minister, she has traveled internationally, as an ambassador of good will to lead peace conferences and forums emphasizing the importance of mutual respect and better understanding among cultures and women’s empowerment throughout the world. As previous president of UNA-USA in Laguna Beach, California she focused on education for peace and has shared music and the arts, on both Coasts to shine and propagate the message of peace, that is at the heart of all events organized, via the incredible creative abilities and powerful music made. She is New York Correspondent of International Culture Art Magazine; Producer of Karuna Productions, Vice President of ECOSOC UN NGO, Institute of International Social Development and UN Representative of Sukyo Mahikari UN NGO; Chair Emrita and Co-Founder of the NGO Committee on Spirituality, Values and Global Concerns-NY, A Committee of the Conference of NGOs in Consultative Relationship with the United Nations. Also, she is Patron of SUKHI – New York and is on the Board of Advisors of the Source of Synergy Foundation. She was awarded in 2011, the Humanity for Africa Award; “Leading Women for 2012,”​ from Good Business International; recognized and honored in 2014, as a Love Ambassador, by the Love Foundation; was a recipient of the “Spirit of the UN” Award by the CoNGO Committee on Spirituality, Values and Global Concerns-NY; and in 2015 she received the New York Interfaith Diplomacy Award, Global Interreligious Ambassador Award and Ambassador of Peace Award.
